Roy is a turtle who grew up in Peace Town. His father, Moey, is a bicycle repairman, so Roy has been surrounded by bicycle parts and machinery since childhood, developing a natural affinity for bikes. During the school entrance ceremony, Roy meets another new student—a rabbit named Vales. Their first encounter is far from friendly, ending on a sour note. Vales has loved bicycles since he was young but faces opposition from his father. Stubborn and determined, Vales decides to enter the "Speed Race" competition to prove himself to his father. 　　It isn’t until a race helps bridge the gap between Roy and Vales. In order to join the bicycle club, Vales challenges one of the club’s top three members, Konstant, to a match. But just before the race, his bicycle is sabotaged. At this critical moment, Roy steps in. Will Vales overcome the crisis and fulfill his wish to compete in the "Speed Race"? . . . . . .
