Adapted from "The Beauty Tree" and "The Angry Little Dragon" in the "Tangtang's Fantasy Childhood" storybook, and drawing on the cultural and tourism features of Wuyi, this anime tells the tale of "Nanxia Island," where a little girl named Tudou lives. After a powerful earthquake strikes Nanxia Island, strange phenomena begin to occur frequently, giving rise to many folk legends passed down by word of mouth. However, Qingyu, the "King" from the Dendrobium Star, reveals to Tudou that these seemingly fantastical legends are actually real—they are the work of "Hei," a criminal from their Dendrobium Star. The可恶的 "Hei" has even transformed Tudou's younger brother, Xiaolong, into a fire-breathing dragon! To restore her brother to his original form and prevent "Hei" from wreaking havoc and destroying their home on Nanxia Island, Tudou, with Qingyu's help, uses courage and love to resolve one strange phenomenon after another on the island. She captures fragments of "Hei's" escaped power, using them as clues to track down "Hei's" location, determined to seal him away once more and protect Nanxia.
