Continuing the story from the second season of Piggy Banner, Banner and his friends still live happily on Star Fantasy Island, but various troubles keep arising. Since the undercover agents sent by King Hulu—Shuangshuang, Maomao, and Shishi—have had their sabotage plans on Star Fantasy Island unintentionally thwarted by Banner every time, they’ve made no progress. Frustrated and furious, King Hulu decides to take matters into his own hands. However, King Hulu’s true form is actually just a short clown. Due to his inner insecurities, he has always presented himself to his subordinates in a mighty and towering robotic guise. Left with no choice, he lies, claiming that the clown who went to Star Fantasy Island is merely another one of his underlings. This, in turn, makes Shuangshuang and the others suspicious of the clown, and they become determined to sabotage the clown’s plans in order to win King Hulu’s favor. Thus, even though the clown receives the divine assistance of his godfather (a mysterious man living on the moon) each time, his plans still face numerous difficulties. What frustrates him even more is that his repeated failures are also partly due to Banner, which makes the clown increasingly direct his hostility toward Banner...
