In order to monopolize all children's childhoods with his high-tech VR toys, the evil Dr. Wu (voiced by Bai Wenxian) devises a scheme to destroy all traditional plush and mecha toys. The adorable Teddy Bear (voiced by Deng Xiaoting) initially wants no part in this, but after being dragged into the fray by the mecha warrior Xiao Fei (voiced by Bai Wenxian), he accidentally embarks on an adventurous journey and ultimately saves the toy world.
