Donald is stuck on KP duty at an air training base. Sergeant Pete first assigns him a massive pile of potatoes to peel, then puts him through some tests: closing his eyes and touching fingers, and pinning the tail on the airplane. He finally gets sent into the air, only to discover it's for a parachute jump. In the end, both Donald and Pete end up falling without parachutes—and with a bomb.
