A coastal fishing village suffers from the continuous attacks of a flood dragon. Lü Dongbin attempts to capture the dragon through strategy but is defeated three times and severely injured. Iron-Crutch Li, a disciple of the Supreme Elder Lord, descends to the mortal realm to assist Lü Dongbin in gathering a team of extraordinary individuals to form a dragon-slaying squad. Ultimately, the eight of them unite their strength to seal the flood dragon away, saving the fishing village.
