Due to a spacetime earthquake, the Hyper-Beast Vehicles originally living on Fantasy Twin Stars have fallen to Earth. To retrieve the Beast Vehicles and prevent their unpredictable nature from causing trouble on Earth, the Hyper-Beast Vehicle Heroes—Blast Speed Dragon, Agent Tiger, and Ironclad Dragon—arrive on the planet. However, due to their unfamiliarity with Earth’s environment and mobility challenges, they accidentally form a partnership with Xiaoyu, a daydreaming elementary school student, and his younger sister Xiaohang, creating a team dedicated to recovering the Beast Vehicles. Despite the daunting tasks, they always manage to unite and overcome difficulties, defeating and retrieving the Beast Vehicles. Through their adventures, Blast Speed Dragon, Agent Tiger, Ironclad Dragon, Xiaoyu, and Xiaohang grow together, not only accomplishing their mission but also forging a precious cross-planetary friendship.
