Koko the Clown and his beloved dog Fitz are traveling when they accidentally discover a place called the "Earth Control Room." They enter the room, filled with curiosity about everything. Koko fiddles with the dials on the wall, and wherever the pointer moves, the view outside correspondingly shifts between rain, snow, frost, day, and night. Meanwhile, Fitz becomes fascinated with a lever on the other side—pulling it would lead to the destruction of Earth. Unaware of the consequences, Fitz insists on pulling it down, while a terrified Koko does everything in his power to stop him. In the end, Fitz succeeds. As the lever is pulled, Earth is instantly engulfed in thunder and lightning, with the sky and land thrown into chaos as various disasters strike one after another. The two oblivious friends watch helplessly as Earth heads toward destruction...
