Unemployed animation designer Yu Dayang, inspired by his son and the Yellow River estuary, creates the animated film "Fish Transforming into Dragon." It tells the story of a small fish named Hui, who overcomes numerous hardships to leap through the Dragon Gate, transforms into a dragon, and brings life-giving rain to save the people.
