Koustooz detects the existence of Fantasium Garden. To protect Tei (voiced by Kaori Nazuka), Quon (voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya) confronts the cyborg unit WTOC. At that moment, a strange change occurs within Epsilon (voiced by Kosuke Toriumi) of the cyborg unit. Upon learning of the anomaly, Koustooz's commander, Joudai (voiced by Shinichiro Miki), coldly issues the order to destroy Epsilon.
