The anime title is: "Legend of Jigong" Jigong, originally named Li Xiuyuan, was born in Shiqiangtou, outside the north gate of Tiantai City. In his youth, influenced by Buddhist and Taoist cultures, he delved into classical texts and traditional culture, excelling in poetry and lyrics. After his parents passed away, he studied Buddhism under masters at Guoqing Temple, Lingyin Temple, and Jingci Temple, where he was given the Dharma name Daoji. He was also playfully called Jidian, and for nearly thousands of years after his nirvana, people have referred to him as Jigong. The nostalgic animated series "Legend of Jigong" was produced by the Animation Department of China Central Television. Originally planned to have over 100 episodes, only 5 episodes were ultimately completed.
