Long ago, in a remote mountain village in northern China. The mountains were home to hunters and a mother-daughter wolf pair. Linlin, a wolf capable of transforming into human form, often played with her human friends. Ignoring her mother's warnings, she carelessly fell into a hunter's trap. To protect Linlin, the mother wolf ultimately vanished alongside the hunter in battle.
