Under the night sky, an open-air stage is set for a grand concert. The lead conductor, Bugs Bunny (voiced by Mel Blanc), stands poised at the center of the stage. He gracefully bows to the audience, who respond with enthusiastic applause. Suddenly, a series of intense, painful coughs erupts from the crowd. Without a change in expression, Bugs signals for the staff to remove this rather impolite individual. He then flips through the score—it is Franz von Suppé’s highly demanding composition, "Morning, Noon, and Night in Vienna." Bugs appears slightly flustered, worried he might not be able to handle it, but for a conductor of his experience, no challenging piece is too difficult to master. Under his direction, the orchestra begins to play, though unexpected mishaps are bound to occur along the way...
