Panda Ruki, flying squirrel Toby, and the fantastical creature Buffy live a carefree life on a magical island. One day, Ruki learns from his foster father, Master Pelican, that he originally comes from Panda Valley. Thus, Buffy, Toby, and Ruki set out together on a journey to find Panda Valley. Along the way, they help people in distress, befriend a new companion, Buck, encounter various magical creatures, and overcome numerous hardships and obstacles, ultimately achieving their goal.
