Seizing a momentary opening, the Level Trick's "Level Down" assault strikes the four goddesses, but MajiConne also gets caught in the aftermath. Worried about her sister who can no longer be contacted, Nepgear and the others set out to search and discover Noire and the others, who have been turned into childlike forms due to the Level Down effect. They take them under their protection, but Neptune remains missing... Meanwhile, MajiConne and Neptune are running a vast eggplant farm. Both of them have also been rejuvenated in appearance and lost their memories due to the Level Down effect. What will become of this strange cohabitation with an eternal rival...?
