In the frigid Antarctic continent, surrounded by serene tranquility, two mischievous troublemakers stir up endless laughter. Donald Duck (voiced by Clarence Nash), living in an ice cave, is preparing dinner when he spots a female penguin passing by outside his window. Donald fantasizes about turning the penguin into a delicious roast chicken and disguises himself as a penguin to hunt it down. He devises one cunning plan after another, only to face repeated failures. On the other side of the continent, Goofy (voiced by Pinto Colvig) digs a hole in the ice field, setting up bait to catch a seal. A playful seal seizes the opportunity to snatch the small fish bait when he isn't looking, sending Goofy into a frantic chase. Donald and Goofy's reckless antics ultimately lead to a massive disaster on the ice field...
