The value measured by calculating each psychological state and personality tendency of humans is commonly known as: PSYCHO-PASS. It has thus been introduced into the future world. As a result, to help the public achieve the goal of an "ideal life," realizing these values has become highly prioritized. However, values related to crime, known as the "Crime Coefficient," are also measured. Criminals are naturally included, but even those who have not committed crimes may be identified as latent criminals if their measured values exceed the standard, and they will face sanctions. This story depicts the active efforts of the members of the Criminal Investigation Division, Unit One of the Public Safety Bureau, in maintaining public order.
