At the end of the century, a sudden flood is about to sweep over Griffin Island. Led by their lion leader, the animals board an unprecedented great ship—the Noah's Ark. However, not all animals are allowed to board. Dave and Finny are an adorable, slightly clueless father-and-son duo who love to travel. Since their names are not on the list, they are forbidden from boarding the ark. To escape the flood, the pair disguise themselves as small golden wolves and sneak onto the ark. But through a comical twist of fate, they run into the golden wolf mother-daughter pair, Hazel and Leah. After barely managing to bluff their way through, they think they are safe—until the two curious little ones accidentally fall overboard. Thus, Finny and Leah embark on a journey to find their families. Along the way, the two children go from being rivals to friends, using courage and friendship to overcome the flood and attacks from wild beasts.
