On this day, Tom, wearing a doctoral cap, stood proudly and confidently in the center of the room. Beside him was a blackboard with diagrams and explanatory text: "Mice live in holes, cats catch mice." He repeatedly recited these words using a pointer, while the subject of his teaching was a completely unfocused gray kitten. The kitten's passive attitude greatly displeased Tom, who kept scolding it. Little did he know that Jerry had secretly climbed onto the blackboard and altered Tom's teaching material. Furious, Tom ordered the kitten to immediately put theory into practice and catch the little troublemaker who had disrupted the class. The kitten obeyed, but despite its brute strength, it was constantly outwitted and, by a twist of fate, even became friends with Jerry, continually learning new "lessons" about cats and mice living in harmony. Everything unfolding before his eyes infuriated Tom. Not only did he have to train the kitten in mouse-catching skills, but he also had to constantly find ways to drive away the mischievous Jerry...
