In a small village in northern Norway, Christmas is approaching, yet there is no snow. The editor, who often boasts about snow, faces scorn from the villagers. The inventor, spurred by the expectations of his friends Solan and Ludvig, secretly begins researching a snow-making machine. However, the unstable machine is taken away by the editor without permission. Finally, it starts to snow—but the snowfall grows heavier and heavier... Faced with the editor’s descent into madness, how will the inventor and his friends stop him? And what kind of growth will the people of the village experience?
