Spring is in full bloom, and so is desire. The carefree and joyful little mouse Jerry comes bouncing along, searching for his arch-nemesis—in a certain sense, also his indispensable good friend—Tom. After giving Tom a hard kick, Jerry turns and runs, waiting for Tom to give chase. But he finds Tom perched motionless by the window, utterly indifferent. Even when Jerry plucks his fur, Tom merely pushes the little mouse away with a casual gesture. It turns out Tom is gazing obsessively at a sexy and alluring female cat on the other side, his eyes filled with endless affection. Afterward, Tom approaches her, lavishing her with attention and oozing charm. This scene leaves Jerry with a sour taste in his heart. Urged on by the wicked side of his soul, Jerry writes a passionate love letter in the female cat’s name to a lucky fellow from the garbage dump. The lucky guy arrives as promised, naturally sparking a rivalry-fueled battle with Tom…
