In the dead of night, in a warm countryside cottage, Tom sleeps peacefully curled up in a corner, while the little mouse Jerry is busy writing furiously. Seemingly tired of the dull rural life, he writes a letter to Tom, announcing his decision to venture into the big city to broaden his horizons. With the clattering of the train, Jerry arrives in Manhattan. The grandeur of the Empire State Building and the bustling noise of traffic excite him endlessly. He dances gracefully with toy dolls at times, and at other times, he rides a small boat, whistling flirtatiously at streetwalkers. Everything seems perfect, but the big city comes with its own troubles. Jerry is chased by passing cars and nearly loses his life. At night, he witnesses dark and terrifying scenes in the city's corners. An unexpected incident turns him into a jewel thief, hunted by the police. Darkness closes in on him, and perhaps it's time for him to recall the warmth of home...
