On a lonely, chilly night, in a corner of the house, Tom crouches by the radio, listening to an extremely terrifying story. The narrator's cold, ghostly tone and the spine-chilling plot make his fur stand on end; even wrapped in a blanket, he trembles uncontrollably, freezing into an ice block from head to toe at the most critical moments. Yet despite this, Tom has no intention of stopping—instead, he becomes even more immersed in the radio story. Meanwhile, the little mouse Jerry quietly slips out through the door crack. Seeing Tom's foolish appearance, he finds it utterly amusing, and all sorts of mischievous ideas begin brewing in his mind. Jerry first makes noises with the window blinds, then sprays hot steam from the radiator, frightening Tom so much he doesn't know where to hide. After that, Jerry uses a vacuum cleaner to impersonate a ghost and scare Tom. For Tom, this is truly a terrifying and endless night...
