In the second season of "Burning Vegetables" titled "Home Defense Battle," the vegetables on the island continue to live and play with their companions while remaining vigilant against invasions by mutated animals. The difference is that in the second season, the mutated animal tribes intensify their attacks on the vegetable homeland, and the mysterious true identity of the evil Dr. Gene gradually begins to surface. Faced with increasingly severe circumstances, the vegetables each employ their unique skills, determined to defend their home.
