In a large house, the mischievous cat Jasper is teasing the brown little mouse Jinx. Jinx tries his hardest, but he can never escape Jasper's claws, truly suffering torment. During one cat-and-mouse chase, Jasper accidentally knocks over a flowerpot in the hallway corner, earning a scolding from the lady of the house.
