Anyone who thinks the village is peaceful and serene is sorely mistaken, because the village is home to a group of exceptionally lively animals. A fox is mistaken for a hen, a rabbit entangled with a stork, and a duck who wants to replace Santa Claus. Planning to come for a vacation? Hmm, just drive on through, don’t stop... Faced with a silly rabbit, a gardener pig, a lazy dog, and a hen with personality issues, a compassionate fox tries to maintain his image as a great hunter among these animals. But his tricks never seem to work, so he comes up with a new plan: that’s right! Steal eggs, hatch chicks, scare them, and then eat them. However, this grand plan doesn’t see the light of day, because the bad fox actually finds himself developing a hint of something called maternal love for these little ones... Benjamin Renner, director of "Ernest & Celestine," teams up with cinematographer, sound engineer, and animation director Patrick Imbert to bring his illustrated story of the bad fox to the big screen. The film is produced by Studio Canal.
