In Saitama Prefecture, Sayama City, there stands an apartment building called "Cleopatra." Quietly living on the top floor, in Room 702, is a rabbit named Usa. One day, a cat named Nē moves into the neighboring Room 701. When Nē comes over to greet Usa as a new neighbor, she suddenly bites Usa. To make things worse, she gifts Usa a whole roasted bird, leaving Usa utterly bewildered. As these two quarrel, work part-time jobs, and go through various everyday experiences, they eventually grasp their own dreams. A beastly success story.
