One day, Norman learns that the slums are being targeted by land developers and tries to stop them, but... This is the only special TV anime program produced by Kokusai Eigasha, famous among anime fans for works like the "J9 Series" and "Space Warrior Baldios." As it aired on Christmas Eve, it became a profound human drama with strong religious overtones. Character design was handled by Yoshitaka Amano. Yū Yamamoto, a key scriptwriter for the "J9 Series," participated as a producer himself.
