This art film is a puppet animation, with dialogue in Sichuan dialect (narration in Mandarin). The sun is scorching hot, and two vendors, one fat and one thin, are selling cold jelly and herbal tea under the shade of a tree—business is naturally booming. A swarm of wasps flies over and builds a nest on the tree. The two vendors push the task of knocking it down onto each other, unwilling to take action themselves. People who originally wanted to drink herbal tea are now afraid of the wasps, and their business dwindles. Unable to confront the problem, the fat vendor moves his stall to another location. After some thought, the thin vendor grits his teeth and decides to knock down the wasp nest. However, due to improper methods, he not only fails to drive the wasps away but also suffers the consequences. Someone else offers him an idea, and the wasp nest is successfully removed. His business picks up again, while the wasps build their new nest on the fat vendor's head.
