This 2-hour special is the sixth television special of "ONE PIECE" broadcast in the "Saturday PREMIUM" time slot. This work is a completely new story, not previously covered in either the original manga or the anime. The plot mainly follows the Straw Hat Pirates as they continue their adventure in the New World. They receive a challenge from the returning Foxy Pirates and face off against the new character, the "Genius Strategist" Kong Ming, on the Island of Mist. The theme song is "Black Make Up," performed by Namie Amuro; lyrics and composition by Andreas Oberg, Sigurd Rosnes, XIN_G, and TIGER. While adventuring in the New World, the Straw Hat crew receives a revenge challenge for a "Davy Back Fight" from the Foxy Pirates, whom they had previously defeated. The Foxy Pirates have also newly recruited three subordinates—Kong Ming, Tong Que, and Guan Sheng—as combat strategists. As usual, Luffy ignores his crewmates' objections and accepts the challenge. Unexpectedly, they fall into a trap set by the Foxy Pirates' new strategist, "Kong Ming," who steals Zoro and Sanji's strength and kidnaps them. The crew pursues them to "Mist Island," a perilous and treacherous island shrouded in mist generated by the sea. Could this be an "island that seals the abilities of Devil Fruit users"?
