In the beautiful and tranquil forest, little elephant Elmer, dressed in neat and proper attire, happily walks along the forest path holding a bouquet of flowers. He is on his way to attend the birthday party of Tilly, the tiger's little sister. When he arrives at Tilly's doorstep, the small animals have already gathered in a circle, singing the birthday song. The little hippo takes a deep breath to blow out the candles but ends up blowing too hard, shattering the candles and splattering wax all over Elmer's face. The children burst into laughter, but the kind-hearted Tilly gently wipes the mess from his face, kisses him, and praises the shy little elephant. This act stirs jealousy among the other children, who, while Tilly is away, cruelly mock and humiliate Elmer, driving him out of the yard. At this moment, Elmer feels utterly dejected and ashamed of his long trunk. But don't lose heart, dear little one—your nose will surely find its purpose!
