In the town of Cookie, entirely made of candy and cookies, a grand carnival is being held. The honor guard drummers lead the way, playing solemn yet humorous music, followed by the parade procession and beautiful floats. Standing on the floats are the stars of the carnival—the candidates for the Cookie Queen. These beautiful girls are dressed in fashionable attire, each showcasing their charm and talents in hopes of winning the favor of the judges and the public, ultimately ascending to the throne of Cookie Queen. On the outskirts of Cookie Town, an ordinary young man walks along the railway, whistling a cheerful tune, his heart yearning for the joyous carnival. Just then, he hears the sound of sobbing. It turns out a girl by the roadside is upset because her plain clothes prevent her from participating in the beauty contest. The young man encourages the girl and prepares the most magnificent gown for her, and she is about to become the jewel of the carnival...
