Mickey is conducting a concert featuring William Tell Overture, but he is constantly disrupted by Donald, an ice cream vendor who seems to have an endless supply of flutes playing Turkey in the Straw. After Donald gives up, a bee appears, causing its own brand of havoc. The band then reaches the storm sequence, the weather picks up, a tornado arrives, but they keep on playing.
