On a sunny day, Mickey (voiced by Walt Disney) and his dog Pluto (voiced by Pinto Colvig) hum a cheerful tune as they make their way to Minnie's (voiced by Marcellite Garner) house. He has prepared a gift for his beloved—a female canary. Minnie is overjoyed and immediately sits down at the piano to play. The canary dances to the music, and to everyone's delight, her nest is filled with many little canaries! The little ones fly out upon hearing the piano and dance merrily on the keys. However, it doesn't take long for them to cause chaos in the room. The canaries, stained with black ink, fly around, making a mess of the house. The mischievous cat and the angry Pluto only add to the disorder. Mickey and Minnie have no choice but to clean up the mess before them...
