A peaceful day in the horse barn at the corner of the farm. Mickey (voiced by Walt Disney) and Minnie (voiced by Marcellite Garner), along with their animal friends, have transformed the place into the ICU Radio Station. Mickey announces the start of the broadcast to the listeners, and accompanied by elegant and beautiful music, the little animals on the farm dance and sway to the tune, carefree and content. After the opening song, Mr. Cow steps up to the microphone with his instrument and plays the rather unusual musical saw. For the next program, Mickey dedicates a performance to his little buddy Pluto, who is watching the house, while Minnie brings a harp performance. A mischievous kitten sneaks into the live broadcast, forcing Mickey to chase it away, while Pluto, hearing the meows on the other side of the radio, becomes furious and causes a heap of trouble. Soon, the kitten brings its children into the broadcast room, leading to even more chaos and leaving Mickey scrambling to handle it all...
