On the beautiful, pristine savannah, the cheerful Mickey (voiced by Walt Disney) stands atop a constantly leaping elephant, playing the accordion. The lively music even infects the stern vulture, who begins to dance along. Mickey spots the vulture, commands the elephant to stop, and slides down. He then pulls a shotgun from his trousers and quietly approaches the dozing vulture. Unexpectedly, his shotgun misfires, and he is mocked by the vulture. Furious, Mickey swings his gun at it, only to anger a nearby bear and lion. In the face of danger, a panicked Mickey puckers his lips and blows a whistle. Music starts up again, and all the little animals begin to dance.
