Before the outbreak of the great war, an elderly man returns home with a government-issued "preparedness pamphlet." His wife, as usual, prepares delicious food and milk tea for him. Soon, the radio announces that the war is about to begin, so the old man starts preparing to build an air-raid shelter tent according to the instructions in the pamphlet... The war finally begins, and the two elderly people survive the air raid. They wait optimistically for the arrival of the national emergency rescue organization. Does their optimism lead to a happy ending? Will the national emergency rescue agency really come to save them?
