Back to You - The First Music Video A project aiming to improve the low-wage issues for animators with the power of anime fans! The first music video, "Back to You," from the initiative "We want to create a system where animators can work with sufficient production funds!" is now complete! ---------------------------------------------------------------- Currently, crowdfunding for the second music video, "Blue Runway," is also underway! https://camp-fire.jp/projects/view/581542 ---------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks to everyone, we successfully raised sufficient production funds. We were able to pay the animators a key animation rate of at least 10,000 yen to a maximum of about 20,000 yen, which is approximately 2 to 4 times the standard key animation rate. It's still truly a small step, but for now, we are happy that this first work is complete, we were able to pay the animators a favorable fee, and we have found a "starting point" to improve the long-standing, unaddressed issue of low wages for animators. As this is the first MV work produced by the Animator Supporters organization while also training newcomers, there are still many technical shortcomings. However, we believe we have managed to create a charming finished product as an anime music video. That said, there are also many points for reflection, and we want to apply the lessons from the parts that didn't go well to future projects. In the next work, we aim to improve upon the issues encountered this time and strive for higher quality production. Moving forward, we plan to continuously produce animated music videos. Over several years, while cultivating talent and accumulating know-how, we aim to establish an animation studio that considers the working environment of anime creators. Furthermore, from this year into the next, we are considering creating a second animated music video for a song featuring vocals by voice actress Aya Hirano, known for her role as Haruhi in "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya."
