Through the joint efforts of GG Bond, A Wu, and Xiao Long Bao, the evil Dr. Bad's plans to "kidnap dinosaurs" have repeatedly failed. Just as they are celebrating this success, they discover that many dinosaurs have gone missing simultaneously. It turns out that Dr. Bad has invented a new method to control the dinosaurs and has hidden them all inside his dinosaur research institute. A new round of battle between wisdom and knowledge begins, as GG Bond and his team must overcome brand-new obstacles to rescue all the dinosaurs.
