Based on the popular strategy game, this OVA adaptation follows the escalating conflict between humans who migrated to the planet Omni and their homeworld, Earth, which erupts into war. The primary combat force of the Omni military is the Power Loader, a bipedal vehicle originally developed for engineering purposes. The 3rd Company of the 177th Special Battalion, composed entirely of female pilots, is nicknamed the "DoLLS." The OVA tells the story of Feilun, a member of the 3rd Company, who takes in two orphans, only to later receive orders to destroy the dam designed by their late father.
