A girl living in Toshima Ward discovers the history and charm of the area after a certain incident, portrayed through the animation technique "rotoscope" based on live-action footage. The animation was handled by animator Yoko Kuno, while the live-action was directed by film director Nobuhiro Yamashita. Filmed in various locations across Toshima Ward, the camera captures diverse charms through the girl's perspective, and through animated editing, her thrilling, heart-pounding adventure is vividly depicted.
