Following the resolution of the crisis in the first installment, the protagonist, Mo Lin, retrieves a new energy source to restore vitality to his home planet. However, this peace is short-lived. As the Chosen One, Mo Lin once again senses the guidance of his ancestor, Tian Gong. From the Four Sacred Beasts, Mo Lin and his companions learn that Planet Haiwen is about to face another historic trial: an ancient chaotic city from primordial times, having broken free from its original orbit due to a rebellion of fierce beasts, is now rapidly approaching Planet Haiwen.
