An OVA adaptation of the sequel to the hugely popular manga "Circuit no Ōkami" by Satoshi Ikezawa, which sparked the supercar boom in the 1970s. 　　 Tokyo, 1988. A young man named Ken Ferrari, who had once been an active racing driver in Italy, has just returned to Japan after a long absence. While there, Ken encounters a beautiful woman named Yoshinaga Aiko, who is struggling with her beloved car's breakdown. After rescuing Aiko from her predicament, the two grow close and spend a passionate night together. Soon, Ken finds himself facing fierce battles with bōsōzoku gangs, a fateful encounter with a beautiful girl named Rie, and a confrontation with his destined rival—the racer Hayami, known as "The White Wolf of Stuttgart."
