This film continues the story from Disney's "The Hunchback of Notre Dame." At the end of the original movie, although Quasimodo became a hero in the eyes of the people of Paris, his love remained unfulfilled... Whenever the traditional Jour D'Amour festival arrives, the ancient bell La Fidele of Notre Dame will be rung. Upon hearing the bell, lovers in Paris shout out their beloved's name, receiving sacred blessings from the heavens. However, what feelings stir in the heart of the bell-ringer Quasimodo each time he tolls La Fidele at this moment? On the eve of this year's Jour D'Amour festival, a mysterious circus arrives on the streets of Paris. The circus master, Sarousch, harbors sinister intentions, plotting to steal Notre Dame's La Fidele bell, which would bring him great wealth. He sends his beautiful assistant, Madellaine, to deceive Quasimodo's heart. Later, Madellaine is moved by Quasimodo and her conscience awakens, but La Fidele still falls into Sarousch's hands. In order to reclaim the bell, Quasimodo, with the full support of his friends—including Esmeralda, Phoebus, their son Zephyr, and the three stone gargoyles—finally succeeds in retrieving the bell. Moreover, Quasimodo finds true love, and this year, as he rings La Fidele, he too has a name he can shout out loud.
