A racing action series depicting the battles of boys burning with passion for Mini 4WD. This is the sequel to the 1996 broadcast "Bakusou Kyoudai Let's & Go!!" The International Mini 4WD Federation was planning a Mini 4WD World Grand Prix. Mini 4WD developer and ceramic artist, Tetsujin Okada, agreed to become the federation's honorary chairman on the condition that the first tournament be held in Japan, the birthplace of Mini 4WD. Japan's Mini 4WD champions—the brothers Retsu Seiba and Go, Ryo Takaba, Tohji Mikuni, and J—are chosen to represent Japan.
