The White Stripes: Fell in Love with a Girl

The music video is a Lego animation directed by Michel Gondry. Gondry's son appears at the beginning of the video, building Lego blocks. It was shot frame by frame, with the Lego bricks rebuilt for each frame—sometimes in a complex way to mimic a live-action shot—and then assembled to create the illusion of motion. The video primarily uses red, white, and black colors. The White Stripes couldn't reach a deal with Lego, so they had to purchase a large number of Lego boxes for the production.
