Based on the popular police action manga by Kosuke Fujishima, this OVA adaptation is directed by Kazuhiro Furuhashi, who helmed all the early OVA series installments. Natsumi, newly assigned to the Bokuto Police Station, ends up being extremely late on her very first day.
