Sergeant Keroro, the leader of the Special Advance Team of the Universe Invasion Army from Planet No. 58 of the Gamma Nebula, infiltrates the Hinata household to prepare for the conquest of Blue Star (the name given to Earth by the Kerons from Keron Star). However, he is easily captured by Fuyuki and Natsumi, and his invasion weapon, the Kero Ball, falls into Fuyuki's hands. Subsequently, the invasion headquarters urgently withdraws from Earth due to the risk of being discovered, leaving the advance team stranded on Blue Star. Thus, Sergeant Keroro begins his life under the Hinata family's roof. Soon after, his subordinates appear one after another: the "dual-personality" Private Second Class Tamama, the "burning warrior" Corporal Giroro, the "electromagnetic-wave type" Sergeant Major Kururu, the "assassin" Private First Class Dororo, and the "Terror King" Angol Moa. Following this, a nearly six-year-long invasion unfolds, with formidable invasion plans constantly emerging, though at times they lose their passion and drive for conquest. Nevertheless, for Sergeant Keroro, life on Earth remains vibrant and eventful. At the very least, he can face off against the powerful Garuru Squad multiple times, struggle against the sudden 26-week invasion deadline, reminisce about the joys of his childhood, confront the mysterious enemy Syurara Corps, and experience the warrior battles of the Warring States Planet... All of this fuels his daily life...
