In this seven-episode animated series, Headspace meditation and mindfulness instructor Eve Lewis Prieto reveals the science behind a healthy night's sleep and offers advice on how to achieve restful slumber. Each 15-minute episode first explores a factor affecting our sleep—such as insomnia, stress, smartphones, or even sleeping pills—then guides you through relaxation techniques to help improve your sleep quality. "Headspace Guide to Sleep" is the second of three series produced in collaboration between Headspace and Vox Media Studios, including the already-released "Headspace Guide to Meditation" and an upcoming interactive series.
