Since 2007, the European-style bread series "Slow Bread" has been in development. To mark its 10th anniversary, a retrospective of the storylines and characters from a decade's worth of commercials was conducted over approximately two years. The full animated story was then released on the François "Slow Bread" website. Since its launch, the "Slow Bread" series has featured animated commercials illustrated by Yoshiharu Satō, one of Japan's leading animators, for over ten years. Despite being a commercial limited to the Kyushu region, it has amassed a passionate fanbase across the entire country!
